# Cara melakukan tindakan terhadap pesanan yang diretur jasa pegiriman atau ditolak pelanggan

> Penjualan yang mempunyai status **Close**, mempunyai kemungkinan bahwa pelanggan ingin melakukan retur atau melakukan penukaran barang. 

## Delivered 

Berikut adalah langkah-langkah untuk mengubah status penjualan yang **Close** menjadi **Delivered:** 

1. Pilih data pesanan yang dibutuhkan
2. Klik pada Kembalikan Status

3. Akan terdapat konfirmasi untuk mengembalikan status seperti berikut&#x20;

4. Klik pada Ya, lakukan untuk melanjutkan ke tahapan selanjutnya
5. Status pesanan akan berubah menjadi **Delivery**

Untuk dapat melakukan retur, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut ini:&#x20;

1. Pilih data pesanan yang dibutuhkan
2. Klik pada **Retur Penjualan**

3. Kemudian, akan terdapat konfirmasi untuk melakukan perubahan status menjadi **Return**
